Olympic gold medalist, Michael Phelps, 29, admits he has a problem. After a recent arrest for drinking and driving, Phelps will be taking part in a six-week rehabilitation treatment plan.
Phelps released a statement on his official Twitter account indicating his recognition that this was not his first incident. He will be taking time away from swimming to focus on his personal life.
