Mila Kunis has had enough with men pretending they know what pregnancy feels like. It’s a woman’s battle, not a man’s. The actress is expecting a baby with Ashton Kutcher, but she continues to emphasize that she is pregnant – not Kutcher. When Jimmy Kimmel announced on his show Tuesday night that he and his wife were pregnant, Kunis had a fiery response, according to CNN:
“Oh, you both are having a baby,” said Kunis. “You and your wife are pregnant?”
Kunis then took the floor and made quite an announcement that left many open-mouthed viewers. “For all you soon-to-be fathers: Stop saying ‘we’re pregnant.’ You’re not pregnant! Do you have to squeeze a watermelon-sized person out of your lady-hole? No.”
Taken by surprise? A little. A hormonal rampage? Possibly. Not many can blame her though. Men don’t quite understand the effect that being pregnant has on a woman’s body.
Kunis went on to explain her unfortunate food cravings that consist of pickles and sauerkraut. “This is the worst craving to have because sauerkraut smells and so every time you open up a jar, it just reeks in the whole kitchen… It’s not like ice cream where everything smells lovely,” Kunis recently said on Ellen. She used this, as well as the morning sickness, to back up her claim that Kutcher is not the one suffering from the pregnancy’s repercussions.
Kunis and her fiancé are expecting their child later this year, but the co-stars from “That ‘70s Show” have yet to announce the wedding date.
Maybe Kunis will have a big public service announcement for that, too.
