“I am incredibly determined more than ever to be active and healthy as I can be. Especially this time of year, I know it is SO easy to fall down the comfort food rabbit hole. With a long holiday season of eating ahead of us, it is especially important to keep our fitness regimes intact.” She even divulges her best tips for staying in shape over the holidays.

Tip two– “Bring a friend on Board”. No matter how your trying to change your lifestyle, having another person to keep you honest helps you go that extra mile.

Tip Three—bring a pair of sneakers or walking shoes wherever you go. Whenever you find a slight gap in your day talking a walk in a pair of comfortable shoes can help you de-stress as well as get your heart rate up.

Tip five— those skinny jeans that you put in the back of your closet should be at an arm’s reach. “Nothing like a pair of fitted pants to keep you honest around the holidays.

And finally, tip six, fake it till you make it. Dressing the part is a part of making yourself feel confident. “I’m loving Nancy Rose Performance gear because I really believe if you look good, you feel good…and her pieces make me feel good!!”
