Molly Sims is Pregnant with baby number two and in better shape than most twenty something’s.
With the reveal of her second child this week, she states that she is looking forward to staying in shape during her pregnancy.
“I am incredibly determined more than ever to be active and healthy as I can be. Especially this time of year, I know it is SO easy to fall down the comfort food rabbit hole. With a long holiday season of eating ahead of us, it is especially important to keep our fitness regimes intact.” She even divulges her best tips for staying in shape over the holidays.
Here are her top-6-motivators for staying active.
Tip one– Do something that you actually like. Whether it be yoga, walking or her personal favorite Pilates, “indulge” in something that makes you want to keep going.
Tip two– “Bring a friend on Board”. No matter how your trying to change your lifestyle, having another person to keep you honest helps you go that extra mile.
Tip Three—bring a pair of sneakers or walking shoes wherever you go. Whenever you find a slight gap in your day talking a walk in a pair of comfortable shoes can help you de-stress as well as get your heart rate up.
Tip four—choosing the right music is essential. Make your playlist compatible with what your body likes to move to. It can make all the difference.
Tip five— those skinny jeans that you put in the back of your closet should be at an arm’s reach. “Nothing like a pair of fitted pants to keep you honest around the holidays.
