Move over, matte. Shimmer eye shadow is coming back!
Nars has just released a line of six new eyeshadows to give you an ethereal, summery glow. The line is called the Hardwired Eye Shadow Collection, and the formula is completely new.
The shades can be applied wet or dry, and have a creamy, pressed pigment texture. The sparkles aren’t full-out glitter, they are “micro,” meaning that they are more subtle and iridescent as a fine powder rather than flakes.
The shadows retail for $25 at Sephora. They come in Outer Limits (iridescent rose gold), Stud (soft pewter bronze), Earthshine (iridescent pink lilac), Lunar (soft iridescent violet), Parallax (metallic dove grey) and Pygar (gold lame).
These sparkling metallics are sure to make your eyes pop.
