Designers, Alexa Adams and Flora Gill, brought and interesting twist into the Ohne Titel Resort collection for 2015. Incorporating a unique mixture of scuba life and graphics, along with different designs for curvy and linear concepts, the styles brought an unexpected breath of fresh air onto the runway.
A knitted two-piece bathing suit had a fun play with zebra stripes, shifting the stripes from diagonal lines to straight lines, playing more with the print than with the fabrics. This opens up a new way of conceptualizing and reinterpreting simple prints.
Another interesting reinterpretation was the black chiffon skirt, brushed to give it a “wet leather” look according to Adams. Thus, creating a totally different feel for the traditional chiffon design.
Whether plays on traditional designs and geometry, or a reconstruction of well known fabrics and styles, the Ohne Titel resort collection for 2015 is one that is exceptionally creative, interesting, and fresh.
