Oscar De La Renta Exhibit Opens in Dallas

The George W. Bush Museum in Dallas, Texas is most likely filled with fashion photographers, aspiring designers, art critics and curious museumgoers. The reason so many people in the fashion world are headed to Dallas is because of the Oscar De La Renta Exhibit being hosted at the George W. Bush Museum. The Oscar De La Renta exhibit is showcasing 64 of the label’s iconic designs; it’s meant to be representative of the designer’s career over the years.

Oscar De La Renta commented on the exhibit to WWD, “Mrs. [Laura] Bush came up with the idea of doing a show at the Bush Library and, of course, we embraced the idea,” the designer stated.
