The number one perk to not drinking soda is losing weight. Once you cut the heavily sugar filled drink out of your diet, you will notice the slight weight loss. However, don’t backtrack or stall your improvement by substituting the absence of soda by drinking concentrated drinks made out of 5% juice and 200 grams of sugar. You will not look killer in your swimsuit.

Instead drink water, because it is the more obvious and healthier choice. You may be on the edge about drinking water because it has no taste, but that is why you can switch things up. Add your favorite fruit or lemon juice to your water to give it a little natural chase. Do not add sugar!

You can even start out small with drinking a bottle or two of water a day, and gradually your obsession with water will intensify as you should be drinking up to eight glasses a day, as well as the chances of you looking awesome in your bathing suit.
