Quvenzhane Wallis has managed to do, once again, what no other ten-year-old can say they’ve done. She has been named the face of Giorgio Armani’s line for children and teens, titled: Armani Junior.
She will be in the Fall/Winter campaign for the collection for 2014 and 2015. This is all on top of the films she is staring in, including: “Annie”, “Fathers and Daughters”, and Khalil Gibran’s “The Prophet”.

The Armani Junior clothing line is intended to make children, ranging from 0 months-16-years-old, look like they just came off of a runway.
Giorgio Armani explained that he chose Wallis because, “Her kindness, curiosity and openness towards others really struck me, as they are all traits I admire. It is for this very reason that I wanted her to be the face Armani Junior.”
The excitement seems to be mutual, as Wallis expressed that she loved Armani’s dresses in a show of his she saw in New York. After the show, she met him, beginning their friendship and now partnership.
Wallis has been seen in a Giorgio Armani dress at the 2013 Oscars, and now she’ll be representing the look full time.
It is unclear if Wallis’ signature dog bag will be a part of the new line. However, she is modeling a real dog in her photo that’s been spread around the internet of her in an Armani suit, so maybe that is the designer’s way of foreshadowing.
The ad’s are said to be premiering worldwide in the coming months, so be sure to look out for them. If you’re interested in Armani’s spring and summer clothing line, it is being sold in Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, and Saks Fifth Avenue.
