If you wan to get rid of body odor the best thing you can be is clean. It’d be best to shower at least once a day; however, depending on your skin type that may not be best for it’s health. By doing this you’ll wash away the sweat and bacteria that’s on your skin.

2. Antibacterial Soap!

Make this soap your new best friend. This will help remove and get rid of the bacterium that’s on your skin. Make sure it says “antibacterial” if you truly want to reduce the count of bacterium.

3. Towel Off Well

The worst thing you can do is not towel off thoroughly. The longer water is on your skin, once you’ve removed yourself from the stream of it, the easier it is for bacteria to breed.

4. Clean Clothes

Make sure your clothes are clean and that you’re wearing clean clothes. Fresh clothes reduce your body odor and you won’t be wearing dirty clothes.

5. Stay Away From Certain Foods

Believe it or not there are foods that will make you sweat more. The most obvious foods to stay away from are spicy ones like peppers. You should also reduce the amount of garlic and onions you eat because their scent can be carried over into your body odor.
