Sam Smith Loses Fourteen Pounds in Two Weeks Thanks to Nutritional Therapist

Losing weight is never an easy task, just ask four time Grammy award winner Sam Smith. Once controlled by food as a child, Smith is now living a healthier lifestyle thanks to his nutritional therapist, Amelia Freer.

“Three weeks ago I met a woman who has completely changed my life,” Smith said. “Amelia Freer has helped me lose over a stone in 2 weeks and has completely transformed my relationship with food.”

Now that Smith is “four pounds away from reaching his goal weight,” he’s left the world wondering how he did it so fast.

Freer’s new book, “Eat. Nourish. Glow” (which is ranked #1 on Amazon) is the reason behind Smith’s amazing transformation, according to his Instagram post. In the book, she does not advocate dieting whatsoever, so forget about that one meal a day trick. Instead she “proposes 10 principles by which to live,” reported to ABC News.

The British nutritionist to the stars hasn’t said what they are, but she recommends “cutting out processed foods and sugar, stocking the refrigerator with fresh produce and lean proteins and creating one healthy habit at a time to avoid failure.”

While she was on Good Morning America, however, Freer said that “the key [to living a healthy lifestyle] is about it being real, getting back in the kitchen, cooking from scratch, making sure they are not relying on junk processed convenience food.”

Exercising on a consistent basis along with incorporating a lot of “fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy products and lean meats,” as Smith has shown on his Instagram, “can lead to a host of benefits, including increased energy, happiness, health and even a long life,” according to LiveStrong.

Now that Smith feels “happier and healthier than ever,” we want our readers to experience the joys of being in shape one vegetable smoothie at a time. Don’t think we forgot about the gut busting cardio workouts either. After all, no pain no gain, right?

While you wait on Freer’s book to ship, get a heads start on your new food and work out regime now. The body that you’ve always deserved is waiting for you right around the corner.
