Anyone who knows of Selena Gomez will probably agree that many do admire the actress/singer’s sense of style. After all, Gomez’s style has always maintained a sort of edgy fun while still appearing traditionally feminine in silhouette. It was no surprise then that she was picked to be an ambassador for Coach, the iconic brand known for its handbags.
Many will remember her line of handbags which was quite popular amongst fans of both herself and the brand.
However, Gomez will now be teaming up with Coach Creative Director to launch another line. The catch this time? Instead of just handbags, Gomez will be venturing into clothes.
The line will be composed of slip dresses, soft sweaters, retro hoodies, and a new selection of handbag silhouettes among other accessories. Gomez says “I’m so proud of the collection. What I love most about working with the Coach team is that they just know how I dress. Everything felt authentic from the beginning.”
On the other hand, Vevers himself has said “I love working with Selena because she brings her strong point-of-view to the design process. I wanted all the pieces to reflect her style and charm – and to feel effortless.”
The collection will officially be available for pre-order at Coach stores and online on August 14th. But it will not be fully available everywhere until August 31st.
“Getting to create my own collection with Stuart has been such a fun process, and I can’t wait for everyone to see what we have been working on over the past several months,” comments Gomez.
