Knowing the style of the season is definitely essential for any novice fashionnista, but to proceed to the next level, the spring 2014 makeup trends and how to replicate them at home are imperative to match the trendy outfit with the face.
According to Harpers Bazaar, the first trend for this season is simply replicating the New York Fashion Week designer, DKNY. Charlotte Willer is the creator of said look. She mixes the red and orange lipstick enough to create a noticeable blend of the hues, and after it is simply blotted with a tissue for less of a glossy look. As seen in the Spring 2014 NYFW, there isn’t a doubt that orange is the lip color for the season. Many ladies will wear taking the more pastel or vibrant approach with orange for spring – a definite must-have.

Burberry was “Pretty in Pink” proving that not only Molly Ringwald can rock the color. A more pastel pink eye shadow allows for more playroom with the eyelid and right above which means that the eye shadow challenged have a safe color for mistakes to be hidden. The lighter pink blush balances out the boldness of the eye shadow, simply adding a touch of color to the cheeks. This is absolutely the look for the ladies who aren’t quite ready to rock the orange craze.

Finally, Our dear Stella McCartney verified that black eyeliner is officially out for this season and it’s time to welcome the chocolate brown eye pencil in our makeup collections. In NYFW, the eyeliner delivered a subtle approach under the bottom lashes and a bold statement with the winged eyeliner across the bottom of the eyelid. Store the black – brown is in!
Experiment and find out which look is more comfortable and the face will be awaken and ready for spring!
