As I was walking down Fashion Avenue, right by FIT, I noticed a young woman in a denim dress waiting to cross 26th street. Her style was simple yet eloquent, but it wasn’t just her outfit that captured my attention. It was the way she carried herself. You guessed right, I had to stop her.
Agnes Jawien is a singer, dancer, actress, and video producer. Her main focus is her band, which is an ABBA tribute band, called ABBA Girlz. To get to know her a little better, I asked Agnes some random questions. Weird? Yes, but interesting, to say the least.
Q: What did you do before you were in the band?
A: “Marketing for hair care.”
Q: When is the last time you had sex?
A: “Oh my god, a long time ago, she gasped, “I’ve been so busy working.”
Q: Who’s the Vice President?
A: “Joe Biden.”
Q: Your necklace says 718, what does that mean?
A: “Brooklyn! I’m from Bay Ridge.”
Q: What’s one thing you want to do in your lifetime?
A: “Be interviewed by Ellen Degeneres, we were on the Colbert Report in June 2012,” she exclaimed.
