British Model Suki Waterhouse, 22, is making her film debut. It appears that Waterhouse will not only be known as Bradley Cooper’s young girlfriend for much longer.
Waterhouse co-stars in the romantic comedy entitled “Love, Rosie”, which is planned to be released on Oct. 24. The film stars Lily Collins and Sam Clafin. It is based on a novel by Cecelia Ahern, an author popular for books such as “PS, I Love You” which became a huge hit film starring Hilary Swank and Gerard Butler.

The film is based on the 2004 novel “Where Rainbows End”, the screenplay is written by Juliette Towhidi and the film is directed by Christian Ditter. It is about best friends Rosie and Alex who move to the US together to attend college. The film poses the age old question of whether a boy and a girl can truly be just friends.

Waterhouse will play the role of Bethany William, the love interest of Alex, who is played by Claflin. Waterhouse had to completely change up her look since the film takes place in the early 2000s. She adopted a “Crossroads” esque style with colored denim jackets, scarf belts, and boot cut jeans galore. Waterhouse told Grazia Daily that taking on this look was a lot of fun. She also added, “I’d love to do another film. Fingers crossed!”
Her beau Cooper, has been helping in her with her film transition. During Awards Season he introduced her to the Hollywood set. Waterhouse had the opportunity to chat with major stars as she attended the Oscars and SAG Awards this year. With Cooper’s major success and Waterhouse’s developing career, it seems that a power couple is budding.
