No static guard?
Zap your static with a any bottle of hairspray. Say you have a static cling between your shirt and sweater, just spray the air between the shirt and sweater (not the fabric) and it’ll create an anti static barrier. You can also spray it onto a clean cloth, then dab on your sweater to prevent static.
