There are hundreds of superfoods and you will find them by eating a mostly plant-based diet. Dietitians are fans of superfoods, because everybody is looking for a quick fix for health problems or weight concerns, and superfoods are our closest bet. However, we still need to take into consideration our portion sizes. Too much of a good thing is not a good thing when it contains a lot of fat.
