Taylor Swift to Perform at 2014 VMAs

Summertime beauty, and one of the highest-paid country singers of the year, Taylor Swift, is confirmed to be performing at the 2014 MTV Video Music Awards. Hopefully this time with no interruptions. As reported by E! News, the country beauty is planning an “explosive” act, but it is not a collaboration of any kind. No further details have been released about the performance as of right now. There is no word on whether she will be performing a song off of one of her previous albums or debuting a new song. Hopefully with all the time she has spent in New York, some of it was in a recording studio. Other performers confirmed to take the stage that night are 5SOS, User and Ariana Grande. Swift has been catching a lot of attention this summer for her adorable outfit choices, from her floral dresses to her unique hats. This year’s VMAs are set to air on Aug. 24 at 9 p.m. on MTV.
