There has been another death in Hollywood; unfortunately it’s actress Marilyn Burns that has died. Marilyn Burns was known for starring in the famous horror film ‘Texas Chainsaw Massacre,’ which was her movie screen debut as character Sally Hardesty.
According to TMZ, the actress was found dead in her Houston, TX home Tuesday August 5. E! later confirmed the news as they were told by Marilyn’s representative, “She was found unresponsive by a family member this morning in her Houston, TX area home. Her family asks for privacy at this time. Further details will be released later.”
The actress was 65 when she passed and her cause of death has net been confirmed or released yet. Marilyn Burns will always be remembered as one of Hollywood’s first “scream queens.”
