The official trailer for ‘The Theory of Everything’ was released. It’s an autobiographical film that follows the life of British physicist Stephen Hawking and his first wife Jane Wilde.
The trailer explores how Stephen Hawking started showing symptoms of and later being diagnosed with a motor neuron disease that leaves him partially paralyzed, confined to a wheelchair being unable to speak. The movie is meant to be inspirational and the trailer does a great job demonstrating how Hawking went against all odds to become one of the most renowned physicists.
Eddie Redmayne, who is known for his role in ‘Les Miserables’ and ‘My Week With Marilyn,’ plays Stephen Hawking. Felicity Jones, who was in ‘Like Crazy’ and ‘The Amazing Spider Man 2,’ plays Jane Wilde. The cast is also made of great actors and actresses like Emily Watson, David Thewlis, Charlie Cox and Harry Lloyd.
‘The Theory of Everything’ premieres in the US on November 7 and on January 1 in the UK.
