The Spring/Summer 2015 ready-to-wear Tom Ford collection was truly London inspired with black and leather being the focal elements.
Edgy, rock-n-roll, party all night, don’t mess with me were the attitudes the models portrayed and frankly speaking, I love it. Tom Ford is known for the extra edgy and bold feel to anything he puts his hands on, so with his collection, it was only normal to see that.
Now lets talk clothes, Ford opted to use a majority of sheer and sequin, at one point it felt like a joint collection with For Love and Lemons. Some of his metallic dresses resembled Herve Leger when it came to the fabric and the texture. The overall texture of the collection was glazed with the sequins and the satin additives. The collection was definitely a mixture of past, present and future.
