And the Two Latest Models to Front Burberry Are…

None other than British beauties Naomi Campbell and Jourdan Dunn! Burberry’s latest Spring 2015 campaign, shot by legendary photographer Mario Testino, was the first time the two models (arguably two of the most famous black models in the industry’s history) ever worked together.

The two images feature Dunn and Campbell embracing each other, along with vibrant pops of color care of Burberry’s printed trenchcoats (inspired by vintage British book covers) and the dinky little Bee bag (which features the classic check print and is trimmed in colorful coral and yellow leather, respectively).

“Naomi and Jourdan — two great British icons, two strong, beautiful women and the two perfect faces for our new campaign,” CEO of Burberry Christopher Bailey told WWD. While this spring campaign will be Dunn’s fourth for Burberry since 2011, this is the first time—since a 2001 appearance with fellow Brit Kate Moss—that Campbell has been featured in a Burberry campaign.

Burberry’s Spring 2015 campaign will launch globally (both digitally and in print) in January 2015; the entire spring collection—not far behind—will be in stores on January 5th. Will this mark the beginning of a beautiful, Burberry-filled, friendship between Campbell and Dunn? We sincerely hope so.
