Vin Diesel has recently leaked some valuable news about the Marvel Universe on his personal Facebook page, claiming the Guardians of the Galaxy heroes are going to appear in the next Avengers Film Infinity War.
Diesel, who plays Groot in Guardians of the Galaxy, aired a live video confirming fans suspicious of the galactic superhero crew coming to the third Avengers movie. He commented that it is excited to work with the huge Avengers ensemble cast and production crew. He also bragged to his personal fans that they were officially the first people to know about the Guardian’s appearance in the next Avengers film before anyone else.
Diesel reportedly shot the live video to show off a recent Facebook award the actor received for having over 100 million fans/followers. Although instead, he leaked information about the next Avengers film when his fans asked when he was going to be in another Marvel Universe film.
The actor since then hasn’t released any info about the Guardian’s role in the upcoming film or any plot spoilers for the Guardians of the Galaxy sequel.
Since 2014, Marvel has planned to have two film sequels after Avengers: Age of Ultron, which means Infinity War is only the first sequel installment of the future Avengers series. The second sequel installment is currently called Untiled Avengers film until the production finalizes a title.
Sadly, in 2015, esteemed director of the past Avengers films, Joss Whedon, isn’t going to direct Infinity War. Instead, the Russo Brothers (Anthony and Joseph Russo), who previously directed Captain America: Civil War, are intending to direct Infinity War and the Untitled Avengers film.
The Russo Brothers have commented that they plan to film the next Avengers movies concurrently since they are dealing with a much larger cast and are trying to save money wherever they can.
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 is set to arrive in theaters May 5th, 2017. Avengers: Infinity War is scheduled to premiere on May 4th , 2018. The Untitled Avengers film is presumed to release on May 3rd, 2019.
