After almost ten years since the last episode aired back in 2004, the Disney Channel’s beloved television series Lizzie McGuire, starring Hilary Duff as the title character, may soon be (gasp!) coming back.
Duff, 26, said, “…I would be totally open to it,” in an interview with the Huffington Post.
So will Lizzie, Gordo, Miranda, and Matt (and Kate and Ethan) be coming back to the small screen? Or will Rome be the last we ever see of Lizzie and her pop star looks—and voice (in 2003’s The Lizzie McGuire Movie)? While we can hope that the cast feels the same way as Duff, it’s times like these we wished we had an imagination as overactive as Lizzie’s.
