Everyone in NYC has somewhere to go. Some are walking fast and others are walking slow, but most are in a hurry. I had the chance to capture some of the street styles as these fashionable people were whizzing by me.

For women, I focused on the shoes trotting around Manhattan. I mostly noticed open toed shoes being worn for the remaining weeks of warm weather. Leather shoes are a nice transition into fall and loose fitting pants, maxi skirts and dresses are great for the cooler mornings but still warm days. In men’s fashion, I saw an addition of light colors paired with dark suits and fancy pocket squares. Men’s socks were making a statement of their own as well.
