Now that Valentine’s Day is over, you’re left with boxes of gifted chocolate, not to mention all that chocolate that was on sale. While candy is one of the best things about Valentine’s Day, it isn’t exactly the healthiest. Here are some tricks to stop craving that chocolate.

Out of sight is out of mind. It’s easy to keep on snacking on chocolate if all you have to do is take the lid off of the heart-shaped box. Sometimes all you need to stop yourself from falling prey to the temptation is to put it in a place where you wouldn’t expect. Keeping chocolate in the freezer is unusual enough that you wouldn’t think of it right away, but it will also stay fresh and available for when you do want it.
